New Manufacturer Disputes Enhancements


During last November’s Webinar, the TPA announced a number of enhancements to the Dispute Management process (November Webinar Slides). We are pleased to announce that a preview of the new functionality will be available beginning March 14, 2016. Manufacturers will be able to preview the improved features and provide the TPA with feedback on the new enhancements.
 
Beginning March 14, 2016, users will see a new tab on the CGDP Portal labeled “Disputes.” From this tab, you will able to build a Dispute file and view the built file(s) created in the building sessions. During the preview period, users will be able to fully exercise this enhanced Dispute Management functionality except for submitting the dispute. Dispute files still need to be created and uploaded in the traditional way during the preview period. However, beginning with the Q1 2016 invoicing period, the enhanced Dispute Management functionality will be fully operational and can be used as an alternative way of submitting Disputes.
